Borgafjordur Eystri is a remote section of the Eastern Fjord region of Iceland. Not quite one of the tourist hot spots yet, I had wanted to come here and really spend some time photographing this area. I wasn’t disappointed. The evening I hiked out to these mountains I had the entire place to myself, well, with the exception of a few sheep. This night was amazing. I photographed the region for nearly 6 hours in a wonderful light that was contantly changing as a tidal like fog moved in and out of the valley.
