Zion National Park. The colors in Zion in fall are just incredible. Bright yellows, and every shade of red and orange you can imagine…cut but the occasional streaks of brown and black. It’s just as much fun for me to find the subtle details of a location as it is the grand scene. This little gem was found in the high country on a cold November morning. Fall was at its end, and one of the cottonwood trees had shed all its bright yellow leaves all over the red cliffs. I took several images in this area, but this was my favorite.
