Lassen Volcanic National Park. Kings Creek Meadow is one of my favorite views of Mt. Lassen. The tiny creek meanders all over this meadow creating a variety of lines, and curves that help to balance photographs. During the early summer this meadow is full of various wildflowers and lush green grass. This particular morning was later in the summer…so while the flowers were limited, the creek was flowing well, and the mountain was experiencing a great sunrise. Lassen Park is one of the least visited of all national parks, so mornings are usually spent alone enjoying the scenery all by myself.
