Located deep in Iceland’s interior Hveravellir is one of the most colorful and interesting geo-thermal locations. This image was created during a small break in passing storm systems which allowed for a brief splash of color in the sky. The color of the water in the pool is really this deep of a blue. When the light is just right the colors stand out even more. This was a truly awesome moment in time I was able to capture with my camera.
