Mono Lake, California. Out of all the places I photograph, I would have to say I have the best luck at Mono Lake. It seems that every time I am there the skies are amazing, and things go well. The bizarre shapes of the tufa always provides an interesting element to every composition, as well as a challenge. Even though I love the series of images I have from here, and tell myself I won’t have to go back. I always end up here at some point every few months, and find it just as interesting.

Stormy Skies Over Mono Lake
